For a long time I was unhappy with my looks and therefore decided to have plastic surgery. Right from the start I knew that the only place to do so was South Korea as it is the number one place to go if you are searching for high advanced and professional technology. I researched a lot to find the best clinic for me and my needs. And every research I did recommended VG Plastic Surgery and Dr.Im. And I have to say that it was the best decision of my life …..not only did Dr. Im sit down with me for a long time to listen to my wishes and concerns, but also recommended which procedures won’t be necessary or would promise a better outcome. Also Dr. Ho was very competent, listened to my concerns and even adjusted the planned procedure. From the moment you are entering VG Plastic Surgery you will be warmly welcomed and the professional and well trained interpreters (in my case Smile and Lilit) will support you from beginning until the end. You just need to be patient as the swelling and healing needs time to recover so it will take some time until you will see the final results. But most of all was I surprised that I never felt a lot of pain…..of course there will be some uncomfortable feelings due to the swelling etc. but nothing really bad. But I think the most important thing to mention is that the surgery itself will not change your life completely….it can only help you to develop more self confidence and love yourself more….the rest needs to be done by yourself 😉

I had my rhinoplasty at VG Plastic Surgery about a month ago, performed by Dr. Kim Han Gyeol, and I’m very happy with the results. When I arrived, they did a CT scan and an endoscopic examination to carefully check the inside of my nose. The doctor explained my condition in detail, and I finally understood why I had been having so much trouble breathing. My biggest concern was my breathing, especially at night. I used to have a constantly blocked nose and often had to sleep with my mouth open. Since the surgery, my breathing has improved so much. I can finally breathe comfortably through my nose and sleep much better. I’m especially happy that I was able to improve both the function and appearance of my nose at the same time. I'm happy I chose this clinic for my facial contouring surgery! Everyone was so kind and I was well taken cared of all the way. Park Sang Wook was a wonderful doctor that made sure my expectations were not only realistic, but safe. He made recommendations based on my facial proportions and informed me of what was possible vs not possible. He confirmed my suspicions that my chin implant was eroding some of my bone, causing pain and numbness. He was able to remove it without complications while also maintaining the desired chin projection. The consultant also answered all of my questions throughout many months no matter how silly I thought they were. She also guided me through everything every step of the way. My experience with VG plastic surgery was really good from the beginning. I consulted when I was in Australia, via video call around getting a rhinoplasty with Dr Park Sang Wook, with Jenny as my interpreter. They were incredibly informative and worked well to give me realistic expectations. After the consultation, they were aware I was consulting with other surgeons as well and were open and transparent with costs and questions about my surgery while I made my decision, and were understanding around my anxiety of the process. They were able to provide me with accurate costs throughout and were transparent around the price of each part of the surgery. On the day of the in person consult and then subsequent surgery, communication was thorough throughout, and I felt like the surgeon set me up with clear expectations. The process of the actual surgery and being in the recovery room was faster than I anticipated, but I had no concerns at all throughout this. I was given multiple appointments for check ups and each appointment was given red light and oxygen therapy, to improve healing. During one of the check ups I enquired about having large ear gauges repaired, and they were able to work very quickly to have the procedure done that same day to ensure they would have enough time to check healing before I left. Both procedures were incredibly successful and I only wish that I had done them sooner. I would recommend VG plastic surgery, Dr Park, and Jenny to anyone coming to Seoul looking for similar surgeries.

From start to finish my experience at VG has been excellent. The international staff led by Jenny supported me throughout. I came here from the US for blepharoplasty and a full face stem cell fat transfer. The whole team was very helpful especially Jenny. She explained and guided me through the entire process. After surgery I was hospitalised for 2 nights at VG and was provided with delicious porridge for my meals. For speedy recovery they provided red infra light, face oxygen & hyperbaric ( full body oxygen) many times for the 2 weeks Dr IM’s assistants did a very good job of removing the stitches. The best part of it all was the hair wash provided by the clinic! What a refreshing feeling after bandaged up for 2 weeks

I had several procedures done here by Dr. Park Sang Wook. He did an amazing job and Jenny was so helpful throughout the entire process with translating and consulting and arranging everything for me. The clinic is very foreigner friendly and you will get the results you want. It’s not a factory clinic that will make you look like everyone else. When I got here they spent almost an entire day just on the consultation asking exactly what I wanted and designing the surgeries accordingly. They do so much more for patients than they do in the states and the follow up is fantastic. Cannot thank VG enough!!!

Would like to thank Dr Im Young Min for removing my dorsal hump and making my nose smaller and more harmonious with my facial features. I contacted this clinic for under eye fat repositioning via WhatsApp. Jenny was great at answering all my questions and replied promptly. Jenny was also very friendly in person and she translated well during the in person consultation with Dr. Choi Min Hyub. My procedure went smoothly and there was always someone to translate into English. The clinic arranged the follow up appointments and happy with the overall experience.

Consultation was very thorough. Jenny helped us before the doctor came in and went over what I wanted. She was also there during the consult with the doctor- helped facilitate what I wanted. The doctor was knowledgeable- unfortunately due to my length of stay in Korea I was unable to go with this clinic as I had to be here in person for the stitch removal. But Jenny went above and beyond keeping in touch after I left to see how she could help accommodate me.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Jenny the coordinator is very fluent in English which was one of my worries, but she was very professional and answered all my questions thoroughly. Dr. Park Sang Wook did a wonderful job! The results came out so pretty and Jenny was so sweet. She translated and assisted me through the whole process which means a lot especially when I was tired from the anesthesia. The other staff are all just as amazingly friendly, like the best supportive friends you could ask for. I appreciated how the feedback from Dr. Park Sang Wook and Jenny was informative, honest, and personalized. All of my questions were thoroughly answered. They informed me about what was and wasn't realistic for my features. I liked that the doctor examined face well before the surgery because it meant he was really thinking about the design with care. The price for the surgery was reasonable too. (They didn't charge me foreigner pricing!) These details are important because it shows they aren't just trying to make the most profit out of you. They're considerate about what is best for you. :) The free consultation included a blood test, CT scan, they take pictures of you, and other tests that I don't know the names of haha. I learned what my blood type is! A staff member reassured me that i would be well taken care of before i headed to the surgery room. She was right. The nurses took good care of me, even pulled down my pants (to go to the restroom). 😱 I was shook haha. I actually appreciated this too because I found it difficult to do anything after the surgery due to the anesthesia. I paid the hospitalization fee to stay overnight. The nurses helped me walk, took care of my IV, gave me a breakfast, heat packs, cleaned my wounds, changed my ice packs, and more... even throughout the night. As someone travelling alone, I was glad that I stayed overnight. During recovery I felt anxious about my appearance due to all the bruising and swelling. I was so puffy that I didn't look like myself! The staff reminded me that I looked pretty, even called me cute, held my hand, and let me hug a plushy which was so sweet of them. Jenny is still in contact with me for any concerns I have and she checks in to make sure I'm doing well. This clinic really did everything they could to support me emotionally and physically after the surgery. 🩷

I would like to share my experience with VG (Very Good) Plastic Surgery. Doctor: Dr. Im Young Min Procedures: Deep plane facelift, mid-face lift with fat graft, sub-brow lift, lower blepharoplasty Consultation: At the consultation, several photos were taken in order to analyze the surgery and what would work best for me. The doctor suggested a sub-brow lift for my sagging eyelid skin, a deep plane facelift and a midface lift to address the loss of volume and sagging along with a fat graft to restore the volume to my cheeks, and a lower blepharoplasty to address the hollowness under my eyes along with the malar edema. I worked with Smile, one of the consultants who was very helpful and went over everything with me including all of the options and prices. She was very professional but warm, which is one reason that I decided to go with VG over other clinics. I am now 5 months post-op, and I am very happy with my results. I feel that my concerns were addressed, and that I look younger and fresher, but still like myself, which was always the goal of this surgery for me. I feel a renewed vigor and like I look like the person I have always been, if that makes sense. I still have some puffiness under my eyes at times, especially when I have built up fluid retention or am very tired, and I am still working to find the cause/solution for this. I believe it is related to lymphatic drainage, so I understand that the surgery could not fully correct this issue, although I do feel like it is better than before. Most of all, I just wanted to say that I recommend VG because of the wonderful consideration, kindness, and support that I received there. From the way that the consultants went out of their way to help and support me, not just through translation, but by encouraging me and helping me, to the care the nurses gave me, to the skill that Dr. Im and his staff in the operating room showed, I am very happy. The scars from my incisions are unnoticeable and will most likely become completely invisible with time, and I feel that my surgery goals were reached. A big thanks to VG Surgery and their staff.

I booked an appointment from my home country via WhatsApp for blepharoplasty. The consultation went very well. The Smile consultant was friendly, and Dr. Jang Seungbin was able to advise me because I was a little lost. The surgery took place the same day; the consultant stayed with me at the beginning of the procedure. I felt no pain during the procedure! After the surgery, the nurses helped me into a wheelchair and then onto a reclining seat so I could rest with an ice mask over my eyes. They made sure to put a blanket on me during the surgery and during my recovery. I returned the next day for an injection and a few days later for the laser. The person who was in contact with me via WhatsApp after the surgery was very kind and responsive. The downside is that there is a bit of a wait to see me for appointments. When I had my stitches removed, one of the nurses gave me a cute pillow for emotional support. And I had another laser treatment. I had one last appointment before flying home to check the condition of my eyes. I really recommend Dr. Jang Seungbin ! ☺️😍

My daughter and I researched many surgery centers and opted for VG Plastic Surgery. Definitely, these type of procedures should not be considered lightly. The credentials and experience of the surgeons are highly important to us. Also, we are from the USA and I was concerned about language barriers. Dr. Kim and Dr. Im cared for my daughter for her eye surgery and facial contouring respectively. Dr. Im was my surgeon for the anti-aging surgery. Jenny explained the procedures and expectations to us and was always available to address our concerns. We are quite pleased that our surgeons honored our wish that changes would be subtle. We are two weeks post surgery and feel the recovery is going well and can already see improvements. The nursing staff and other members who helped were always kind and responsive. A REBORN experience at VG plastic surgery! The whole experience with VG plastic surgery is amazing! From communicating through WhatsApp to meeting them in person before the surgery, they are incredibly helpful gentle, and caring. I decided to have breast reduction and lifting after carrying 2 huge watermelon with me for more than 30 years. The procedure of the post-op, the surgery, and the after care are very well explained by Doctor Im, Jenny, and other staff. I told Dr Im how I want to reduce from E cup down to size B cup, then he explained patiently it is more of a balancing with my body size than choosing a cup size. On the surgery day, under the general anaesthesia, I felt to sleep for a few hours, and waking up not feeling any pain at all. With the care of the nurses, I was able to get out of the bed and back to my hotel on the next day. The result is incredible! My breasts are how I always wanted, round and full (before the surgery, they were heavy, and saggy with only skin hanging on top) Dr Im did an excellent job on rotating the tissue from the bottom to the top to give me the round full shape. I look younger, I feel younger and lighter, I couldn't be more happier! Thank you Dr Im for giving me the perfect new boobs that I always wanted. I had a revision rhinoplasty and lip fillers and I can’t express enough how facilitating and Jenny and all the staff were. It’s daunting to have any cosmetic surgery done but they take great care of you, ensuring all of your worries, needs and desires are communicated clearly. After last time where results were not exactly what I’d hoped for, I felt a little worried but they really listened, highlighting exactly what I did want and didn’t, working within the constraints of my nose type (bulbous.) The head Dr Im Young Min was extremely professional, caring and friendly, making refinements whilst keeping it looking natural. I’m so greatful, he’s really skilful and attentive ! when I got my lip fillers done again I was quite worried about the pain but all the staff were so supportive, providing comfort in an uncomfortable situation, Lilit especially as I had a rather tight grip on her hand 😂 but I really love the results. I also must say the healing was quicker than I expected, their facilities including deswelling treatments and the aftercare services were effective, relaxing and helped massively with the healing. They do really listen to you and try to improve your experience, especially Jenny as she frequently checked in every day making sure your wellbeing is good and all needs are met whilst being super nice. Getting medication and consultations were also very easy, overall it was an accessible, straightforward and good experience! I love my new nose already and can’t wait for more of the swelling to go down. Jenny was super helpful, supportive, and communicative when I arrived at the clinic. She helped me understand the process of my fat grafting breast augmentation surgery, and she helped me a lot when I had questions or concerns about anything. She also helped me ease some anxiety I had once I was in the room getting ready for surgery. My doctor was Dr. Kim Jung-Hue, and he did a great job on my surgery. The procedure was quick and done well. I’m still bruising and healing, but I’m very satisfied with the results of my surgery.

The experience of my daughter’s Double-Eyelid surgery with Dr. Kim Jung Hue at VG PS was great from start to finish. We reached out to them from the U.S. via email and their email communication in English was very timely and informative. And they were so cooperative in setting up a video conference at a time convenient for us with Dr. Kim and his amazing assistant/translator Jenny, explaining the entire process and answering all of our questions. Upon our arrival at their clean and attractive clinic in Korea, the entire team was so nice and professional. All went as planned - from the face-to-face consultation, the actual DE surgery, post-surgery follow-up exams, and the suture removal and final exam 7 days after the surgery. Dr. Kim, Jenny, and all of the VG PS staff are excellent. Most importantly, my daughter is extremely happy with her “new” eyelids.

Great experience with Dr. Kim Jung Hue and the translator Jenny for incisional double eyelid surgery! The procedure went well and the doctor effectively finished it in less than an hour. The post recovery was painless and we were able to explore Seoul all day without a problem right after the surgery. The desired result was reached after the doctor consulted what I wanted and made sure he understood what I wanted. I can’t forget about Jenny, she was with us through the entire process and checked up on me through texts frequently and answered any questions. She was very nice and spoke perfect English!
