The package
What you get, and when you get it
Most clinics post a row of icons. Here is what is actually in it, grouped by when it reaches you.

Before you fly
Photograph review by a surgeon
Not by a consultant. The surgeon who would operate reviews your photographs and writes the assessment.
Video consultation
Scheduled in your time zone, with an interpreter. You can ask anything, including what could go wrong.
Written itemised quote
In your language, showing exactly what is covered and what is not, with a stated validity period.
Trip planning support
Recommended stay length, hotel options, and the dates that fit your surgeon's schedule and your leave.
Documents for your visa or employer
A letter confirming your appointment where you need one for travel or leave.
While you are in Seoul
Round-trip Incheon airport transfer
Arranged around your flight times, including late arrivals. Rebooked at no charge if your flight changes.
Partner hotel at a negotiated rate
Within walking distance of the clinic. Rooms suited to recovery rather than sightseeing.
Interpretation throughout
Consultation, design confirmation, surgery day and every post-operative visit. English throughout; other languages on request.
A dedicated coordinator
One person, reachable during your stay, who holds your schedule so you do not have to.
Post-operative care in Seoul
Dressing changes, checks, stitch or splint removal, and the medication you go home with.
A number to call at night
For the hours when the clinic is closed and something worries you.
After you fly home
Three months of remote follow-up
Photograph reviews at set intervals, with a written response from your surgeon each time.
Video calls when needed
When photographs are not enough to answer the question, we schedule a call rather than asking you to wait.
English medical documents
Medical certificate and operation record, issued in English for your doctor, insurer or employer.
A written handover if local care is needed
If something is better seen in person where you live, we put the details in writing for the doctor who sees you.
Where “while you are in Seoul” actually happens
The middle column above takes place in these rooms.

The first place you stand after the airport. Your coordinator meets you here.
Where post-operative care happens during your stay. Dressings and check-ups are on this floor too.
Somewhere to put your face back together before you walk out.
Have the package priced against your actual plan
Stay length, hotel nights and transfers depend on the procedure and your dates. Send those and we will put it in writing.
