Fat grafting is not one operation
Several different techniques sit under the name Fat grafting. Which one applies depends on what the examination finds, and each carries its own recovery. Below are the operations we actually perform in this category.

Facial fat grafting
Your own fat is harvested, purified and placed where the face has hollowed. Part of it is reabsorbed over the first months, so we plan for that from the start instead of promising you the day-one result.

The SMAS layer beneath the skin is repositioned rather than the skin simply pulled — that is what keeps the result from looking tight. This is the answer for sagging that creams, threads and lasers no longer reach.
