In their own words
The philosophy I hold to is that everything, right through to the recovery after surgery, has to be looked after faithfully and in detail. My patients trust one doctor when they decide to have surgery, and I take that seriously enough to give each of them everything I have. Even when it takes a long time, I want the consultation to go deep enough to find the result that genuinely suits that person — and the satisfaction that comes with it.
